The Northport Office is Located on the second floor within the Northport Wellness Center Our Northport Facility is on Route 25A. In the Northport area, Route 25A is called Fort Salonga Rd. From points South of Northport take Jericho Turnpike (Route 25) to Elwood Road North for 4.5 miles to 25A Make a left on Fort salonga Rd. and Corso is 1/4 mile on the left. Make a left into the Wellness Center and Corso PT is located on the second floor, Suite 202. Parking is also available around the back side of the building. 
From points West of Northport Take Route 25A East to 220 Fort Salonga Rd. and make a right into the Northport Wellness Center. It is approximately 4 miles East of Park Ave. in Huntington, to the Northport Wellness Center.

Turn right (East) on Schwab Road for 1 block. Make a left at the traffic signal, New York Ave, and a left into the driveway just before Applebee's. Suite B is around the back of the building.

Our Hauppauge facility is reached from the L.I.E. by taking Exit 55, Route 111, North toward Hauppauge, approx. 1.5 to 2 miles. Route 111 crosses over Vets. Highway. Follow Route 111 around to the next light (Hauppauge High School on right) and make a Left, Still on Rt. 111, Number 521 is on the right, set back from the road, Suite 107. From Nesconset Highway / Route 347 - Take Route 347 to Route 111 South and go approx. 1/10th of a mile to 521 Route 111, the office is set back off the road in the Medical Building.
